The Boston Event Expo is a party & event vendor business/service directory and hosts semi-annual trade shows (or expositions) for party & event related vendors in April and October at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, MA. Our trade show footprint is approximately 11,000 square of exhibitor space. The party & event related vendors found on this website primarily serve the Greater Boston area but, more often than not, also offer their services throughout all of New England. Below we provide instructions on how to use this website either as a visitor (one seeking or researching party and event related vendors) or as a vendor looking to list your service(s) on this website and/or participate in one of our trade shows.
Once every month beginning in September 2019 we will award a (no obligation) $50 cash prize to one person who is either a current subscriber to our newsletter and/or follows us on Facebook and/or Instagram. You can subscribe to our newsletter by providing your email address where noted in the footer section at the bottom of this page.
Please note we launched this website in May 2019 and are therefore in the process of populating the directory portion of our website with party & event related vendors. We will begin aggressively promoting this business directory as well as our October trade show in the latter half of August 2019. For now we strongly encourage vendors to take advantage of our introductory pricing. Once we have a base of vendors we will increase our pricing to rates more in line with the market (but still the most affordable channel of any you use).

If you’re planning an office party, wedding, mitzvah, holiday social, corporate conference, graduation event, Sweet 16 or like occasion then the Boston Event Expo is a must.
Simply select “Listings” in the main menu to be taken to the list of vendors with material on this site. It is that simple.
This website went live in May 2019. We do not expect our directory to be fully populated with area party & event related vendors until October 2019. We therefore recommend you come back often. Also, be sure to follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to win a $50 gift card and/or be notified of new material added to our website.

If you are a party and/or event vendor then consider investing in our service. Our party & event vendor directory is the only one of it’s kind in the Greater Boston area. Listing fees are reasonable and renting a booth at our trade show costs about half what other event expo services charge.
We invest considerable resources promoting our expo and directory Google Adwords and Facebook marketing ads. Newton Animations is responsible for all our online advertising. Literally anyone who does a Google search for any event related service will be made aware of this directory via Google Display Ads. We explain this in greater detail on our vendor registration page. We also target ads at anyone who Googles “part-time jobs” which will result in opportunities to hire staff for your service (if needed).

If you are a business and/or offer a service for parties and/or events then you should strongly consider registering your service on our website. Our party & event vendor directory is the only one of its kind in the Greater Boston area. Listing fees are quite reasonable and renting a booth at our trade show costs less than half what other like trade shows charge.
